Five Weddings One Week

Who says that summer weddings are ideal?

With the cooler temperatures and beautiful days, September is the new month to get married in. This week we had the amazing opportunity to be a part of five weddings in one week! Although all different, each and every couple was such a treat to get to work with. By just spending a few moments with them you can immediately tell that they have found their soul mate. With over 3,875 incredible pictures taken it was so hard to narrow them down to share our favorites each one with you. We hope you enjoy reviewing our week of weddings. Little ones grown up so fast!

It's funny how quickly the years go by, and how unaware of it we become until someone comes along that triggers us to reflect on the past. This happens to us periodically as familiar faces return to us over the years to update their family pictures. We enjoy catching up with these families that we have been lucky enough to watch grow up. Watching little ones grow into High School Seniors. Then returning with their special someone and allowing us to be apart of their big day. Then eventually, bringing back little ones of their own. For me it seems like it is always the little ones that surprise me the most. In just a short time they change so much! This recently happened again when Kloe's Grandmother called into schedule an appointment. Kloe first came in when she was about six months old with her sisters and brother. The four of them instantly captured our hearts! Kloe is now two and Grandma wanted to make sure that we captured her personality at this age as well. We had so much fun with Kloe and wanted to share it with you...

We Enjoyed getting to see Kloe and the family again. We appreciate them as well as all of our other returning customers over the years. How grateful we are to all of them. Days of 47

For the fourth consecutive year we have had the pleasure of being the official photographer for the Days of 47 Celebration here in Salt Lake City. We love the opportunity each year to meet and work with so many amazing individuals. We love the community that we have made home since 1936 and feel that this is a great way to give back to the community we have been apart of for so long. Through volunteer work for the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers we proudly donate our time and resources in order to capture this moment in Utah history. This year we took part in the many aspects of the celebration including: Days of 47 pageant and royalty portraiture, Pioneers of Progress Awards, the Children's Parade and the Pioneer Kids Service Project Day, the Days of 47 rodeo, and finally the Days of 47 Parade on the 24th.
